The Marrakech International Storytelling Festival’ is a cultural event that celebrates the art of storytelling. The festival, which takes place in Marrakech, Morocco, attracts storytellers from all over the world. Its second edition, held in 2023, was under the theme of “Ancestral Voices” and attracted more than 87 storytellers. The festival’s aim is to celebrate the universality of the art of storytelling by portraying different styles and traits of this art from various cultures worldwide. The festival takes place over seven days and includes a variety of storytelling events, such as performances, workshops, and panel discussions
